Niagara Falls Wineries

We used to say there were no wineries in Niagara Falls. We stand corrected - sort of.

Vincor Canada is located in Niagara Falls. From their website (Oct. 30, 2010):

"The Company's products are produced at a family of estate wineries located in the provinces of British Columbia, Ontario, Quebec and New Brunswick."

Vincor Canada has a retail and tasting center at their location in the middle of the city of Niagara Falls. From what we can tell, they're not making their wines on site. Nor can you visit them and stroll through the vinyards or enjoy many of the other pleasant experiences you'd experience at virtually all of the other wineries in Niagara. However, we're listing them here to be technically accurate.

We do not list all the locations you can taste and buy wine in Niagara, and in our opinion, that's what this location of Vincor is. If you're looking for a tour of a wine cellar, want to talk to a winemaker or stroll through the vinyards, from what we can tell, you'll have to visit one of Vincor's production wineries elsewhere in Niagara. If this is inaccurate, we welcome being corrected.
